I came across to this Italian Restaurant when I was visiting Tropicana City Mall. I decided to have my dinner there with Pei Si.  :cheerful: It is a decent restaurant, and now filled up with the Xmas decorations. Oh yeah, you can also enjoy a 10% Food discount if you pay with American Express.

You can have a sip at the bar ^^

November 8th, 2009 / 1 Comment » / by darkzone

Rome, ‘the Eternal City’, is the capital of Italy, located in the Lazio region. Rome’s history spans over two and half thousand years, starting as a small Italian village to the center of a vast empire, to the founding of Catholicism to the capital of today’s Italy. [Read More]

I paid a short visit to this lovely city in one of the weekends, while I was working in Milan. I bought a train ticket to Rome and it took around 4 hours to reach Rome from Milan. The train was so crowded, and I don’t even get a seat. :ermm:

Upon arrival at Termini Station, Rome, we took the Metro to Barberini station. From there, we walked up the hill and checked in to Hotel Ambasciatori, located at Via Vittorio Veneto 62.

A Trip to Bukit Tinggi Malaysia

October 2nd, 2009 / 1 Comment » / by darkzone

It was a long weekend break on the third week of September, due to Hari Raya holiday, which falls on 21st and 22nd September. Yeah, a total of 4 days break from our work :)

I actually planned to have a short vacation on Bukit Tinggi, with Pei Si. It was my first time visit to this highland resorts. Wonder how it looks like, as I received different feedbacks from difference people.

Early in the morning, I picked up my Pei Si and drove all the way up to Bukit Tinggi, through Karak Highway. The traffic was very smooth, and it took me just around 1 hour plus to reach our destination. Fantastic!!! We reached the peak around 11.30am, and it was very crowded, but the air wasn’t cold at all…a bit disappointed of this…

Well, but this is still a nice place to explore and have fun, especially with your loved one :D

Blue, blue sky with fluffy clouds ~~

We parked our car here, the building opposite to the Colmar Village…

We had our buffet dinner at Le Blason before going out for a leisure walk. The restaurant actually served a lot of varieties, including BBQ chicken, salads, fried rice, brownies, desserts and etc… Yeah, the price is relatively “reasonable” :P

April 12th, 2009 / No Comments » / by darkzone

After visiting Grossmünster church,I went to Dolderbahn and ride on the cable car. It brought me up to the hill, where Dolder Grand Hotel is located, and from there, I can enjoy a panaromic view of Zurich city. (More on Dolderbhan)

Entrance of Dolderbahn

I just spent an hour there, as I couldn’t find much attractions on the hill. Perhaps, I should visit the zoo nearby but it might be too late after that. It was still early to go for dinner, and I decided to visit Globus, one of the famous department store in Switzerland.

Zürich, Switzerland (Part 2)

March 9th, 2009 / 1 Comment » / by darkzone

I visited several places on the second day of my stay in Zurich, including Switzerland National Museum, Chinese Garden Zurich, Lake of Zurich, and Grossmünster Church. After having my breakfast, I bought a day pass for 8.00 CHF and went out to the city center by tram. Zurich is famous for its highly efficient, clean and safe public transport system. It is quite convenient to travel around the city with public transport. First, I paid a visit to Switzerland National Museum, located near to Hauptbahnhof, the main train station.

Switzerland National Museum

The entrance fee cost me around 10 CHF, and I spent about 2 hours there. Yeah, after this, I took the tram down to Chinese Garden Zurich, but unfortunately the meseum was closed for maintainence. Even though, it is still worth to spend your time here with the fantastic scenary .You can have a leisure walk here, to refresh your mind and free yourself from stress.

Zürich, Switzerland (Part 1)

January 28th, 2009 / No Comments » / by darkzone

I spent one of my weekend in Zürich (Switzerland), as this city was relatively near to Milan. It took me around 4 hours to reach there by Cisalpino train, passing by Swiss mountains, villages, lakes, rivers, streams and hilly areas. Yeah, the view of Swiss countryside was so excellent, just like a paradise. The scenery along the journey was so fascinating and breathtaking, yet the calming and relaxing surroundings were like a remedy to your stress. I wish I could visit this place again. ;-)
