This was our third day in Hong Kong, and we planned to spend one whole day in Hong Kong Disneyland. It is the fifth Disneyland style park, located on reclaimed land in Penny’s Bay, Lantau Island. The park opened to visitors in September 2005, after years of negotiations and construction. After having our breakfast in a coffee shop, we went to the theme park with MTR. The place is quite far from the town center, we took the MTR at MongKok Station and switched to several lines at certain stations before reaching Disneyland. We still managed to reach there around 11am despite of the long journey.

Main entrance of Disneyland HK
floating Mickey ~~
We bought our tickets at the entrance which costs about HKD 350. The theme park is actually divided into several themed areas, including Main street USA, Fantasyland, Adventureland and Tomorrowland. But the classic Frontierland is missing, but it might be built in the future.
