It was raining haevily on 6th of June and 7th of June…
It was hard to move around as it rained heavily. We had no options but visit to the shopping malls in Central Area and Causeway Bay. So, we went to Central Plaza before going to Causeway Bay. We had our lunch at Kam Fung Restaurant, and their egg tarts are delicious.
Then, we took a tram to Causeway Bay and visited several shopping centres, including Times Square and Sogo. The shopping malls were so crowded even though it was raining heavily…

On the following day, we decided to visit Yuen Long area. We were lucky that we did not move around in the city areas as most of the places were flooded due to heavy downpours. According to their Rainstorm Warning System, Blank Rain alarm had been announced to the residents on that day. This alarm indicates very heavy rain has fallen or is expected to fall, exceeding 70mm in an hour, and is likely to continue for some times.
Keep it short, we paid a visit to walled villages and Ping Shan Heritage Trail (屏山文物徑). Besides that, we also tried the delicacies there including rice dumplings and Lao Po Bing (Wife Biscuits).

It was getting late, and we went back to the urban area and walked around Temple Street, which is located in Jordan and Yao Ma Tei areas. The place is well known for its night market and also probably the busiest flea market at night in the territory.
From there, we walked back to Mong Kok and tried the famous mango dessert in Hui Lau Shan. Yeah, fresh mangoes, the desserts are definitely yummy and tasty…

To William,
HK dumplings are nice but don have much ingredients compared to Malaysia… For the mango dessert (forget the name), you should really try it out…
it is awesome!!!
